October 1st is "Sake Day"🍶

Autumn is the time when new rice is harvested and sake breweries across the country begin brewing sake.
Additionally, October was designated as "Sake Day" because it is the 10th month in the Chinese zodiac and is the rooster.
*The kanji character "酉" means a sake jar or sake itself.
