"Mentai-ju Kombu-maki Mentaiko" was created so that you could easily enjoy the Hakata specialty "mentai-ju" at home.
We have created a new "3-pack" version of our "Kombumaki Mentaiko" in the hopes that you will be able to enjoy the pure taste of the product that we have been committed to since our founding.

You can fully enjoy the original deliciousness of the ingredients, such as the umami of mentaiko, the crunchy texture, and the flavor of kelp. It is recommended not only as a companion to rice and alcohol, but also as an ingredient in dishes such as pasta and tamagoyaki. This mentaiko, which can only be found at a specialty store, will make your usual dishes even more delicious and luxurious.
