Dipping Sauce

Our proud dipping sauce is carefully simmered with rich mentaiko, soup stock made from ``ago'' and ``kelp,'' and vegetables such as tomatoes and shiitake mushrooms. When developing Original Goods products, we made many improvements to match the store's taste. The overlapping flavors of each ingredient create a lingering aftertaste that you can enjoy to the last drop.

Noodles

After much trial and error to recreate the rich flavor and chewy texture of the noodles that characterize Mentaiju Konbu Wrapped Metaiko, we arrived at medium-thick fresh noodles. You can fully experience the smooth mouthfeel and sticky, elastic texture that only fresh noodles can offer. By mixing the medium-thick noodles generously with the dipping sauce, which is packed with richness and flavor, you can further experience their presence and elegant mouthfeel.

Based on marinated mentaiko, it is specially blended with chili peppers and a faintly scented citrus fruit. It not only increases the spiciness of the dipping sauce, but also brings out the richness and flavor, adding depth to the flavor. Add it little by little to the dipping sauce as you like, adjusting the spiciness as you enjoy.

以前より「店内メニューを旅行の記念に持ち帰りたい」とのお声を多数頂戴しておりました。しかしながらお持ち帰り用の「めんたい重®︎」は要冷蔵商品のため、泣く泣く諦めるお客様が多くいらっしゃいました。そのような心苦しい状況を鑑み、常温商品としての「めんたい煮こみつけ麺」の開発に着手。試行錯誤を繰り返し、明太子料理専門店が提供する新たなおみやげ商品として誕生いたしました。ご家庭でも本格的かつ簡単にお召し上がりいただけるよう細部にわたり調整した、当店こだわりの自信作です。
