The popular "Mentaiju Konbu Wrapped Metaiko" has been developed as Original Goods.
The dipping sauce is made by slowly simmering the rich mentaiko, a stock made from flying fish and kelp, along with vegetables such as tomatoes and shiitake mushrooms, so you can enjoy it down to the last drop.
The chewy, medium-thick noodles are sticky, and when they are coated in the dipping sauce, which is full of richness and flavor, you can really taste the mentaiko.
