Our signature dish, Ganso Hakata Mentaiju, is served in a specially made box that is said to bring happiness, and is loved as a lucky charm as it contains a whole stalk of mentaiko (medetaiko) and is carefully wrapped in yorokobu (shiroita kelp).

Although the current situation remains the same, we will continue to make our products with all our heart today, hoping that you will all receive lots of good fortune and joy.
