This is a tsukemen that can only be found at a specialty store, where thick, chewy noodles and mentaiko are entangled in a dipping sauce made by slowly simmering it with dashi made from flying fish and kelp, together with over a dozen types of vegetables such as tomatoes and shiitake mushrooms.

With the included spicy sauce and blended fish powder, you can enjoy the change in flavor and savor the rich flavor to the last bite. It's delicious as is, but if you're eating it at home, we recommend topping it with Korean seaweed! 👩🍳
