A special dressing made with the secret recipe of Ganso Hakata Mentaiju has been created. It has a luxurious graininess and rich flavor, but with a light, refreshing aftertaste! It's so delicious that you'll finish the whole bottle in no time.

The carefully crafted dressings from a mentaiko specialty store not only beautifully decorate salads, but can also be used with a wide range of dishes, including carpaccio, pasta, and hiyayakko (cold tofu). They are perfect for home use, as well as for gifts and souvenirs.
