We would like to introduce you to Mentaiko Sui, a dish that you can enjoy on such cold days.

Our homemade tofu is steamed one by one in a container.
The soup made from carefully selected chicken stock has a rich flavor, and is topped with tofu and flavored "yakimentai" (grilled cod roe).
When you scoop it up from the bottom of the bowl, the flavor of the soup and the aroma of the "yakimentai" combine to create a special taste.
