Our signature dish, "Ganso Hakata Mentaiju," contains many ingredients that are considered to be auspicious, such as mentaiko (medetaiko) and kelp (yorokombu), and is popular as a good luck charm for those working hard on exams, job hunting, etc.

Starting today, January 15th, "Ganso Hakata Mentaiju Nishinakasu" will be handing out "Medetai-ko Yorokombu Stickers" to customers with the hope that they will be blessed with happiness.
This palm-sized sticker can also be used as a good luck charm before an exam.
