The "Ganso Hakata Mentaiju" is a Hakata specialty where a whole skewer of carefully marinated kelp-wrapped mentaiko is placed on top of hot rice covered in nori seaweed.

To ensure you enjoy the most delicious food possible, we carefully prepare each dish by hand in our in-store kitchen.
