"Ganso Hakata Mentaiju Hakata" Grand Opening on September 7th!
"Ganso Hakata Mentaiju Hakata" opened as a special event store for six months in March 2023, and has been visited by many customers every day. We are very grateful to have received many requests from the beginning of the store to "continue to open the store on a continuous basis, not just for a limited time." Thanks to the patronage of many customers, we have decided to continue opening the store. "Ganso Hakata Mentaiju" has two stores, "Original Store" and "Hakata" in Nishinakasu, Fukuoka, and the Hakata store is the only store that specializes in bento and Original Goods. In addition to the most popular "Mentaiju," we will welcome customers with a selection of products unique to specialty stores, such as "Kombu-maki Mentaiko" and "Mentaiju Konbu Wrapped Metaiko," which are also popular as Original Goods.

"Mentai-ju" is a Hakata specialty in which mentaiko wrapped in kelp that has been carefully marinated over time is placed on top of rice covered in seaweed and then drizzled with a "special sauce" full of umami ingredients.

Mentai Nikomi Tsuke-Men

The ingredients are simmered slowly to bring out the maximum flavor, and then finished with a rich dipping sauce.
You can enjoy the rich tsukemen that can only be found at a specialty store, with chewy thick noodles intertwined with chunks of mentaiko.
This is a room temperature Original Goods item that is convenient to carry around.
