A beautiful building located in the park next to our shop.
This is the former Fukuoka Prefectural Public Hall, Guest House, built in 1910 (Meiji 43).

It is currently one of the few remaining wooden buildings in the French Renaissance style and has been designated an Important Cultural Property by the national government.

The interior of the building is also open to the public, allowing you to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the good old Meiji period.
