Setsubun is coming soon

It's almost Setsubun♪

Kushida Shrine, the guardian shrine of Hakata and located near our store, holds its annual Setsubun festival to ward off evil spirits.

Speaking of Setsubun at Kushida Shrine, it's the Otafuku mask, which is said to be the biggest in Japan! There is also an extra-large lucky masu inside the shrine grounds! It looks like you can receive many blessings from this masu♪

On Setsubun, February 3rd, a bean-throwing ritual will be held on the Noh stage by the oldest man and woman and famous people.
