We have received many comments from customers saying, "I want to take something from our restaurant menu home as a souvenir of my trip!!"
However, since Take Out" Ganso Hakata Mentaiju" needs to be refrigerated, many customers had to give up on it.
In light of this unfortunate situation, we have begun developing a room temperature product called "Mentaiju Konbu Wrapped Metaiko." After much trial and error, we have created a new Original Goods product offered by a mentaiko specialty restaurant.
Not only is it delicious, but we've also fine-tuned every detail to make it easy to enjoy at home, making it a product we're proud of💪💡
