Our popular menu item "Mentaiko Nikomi Tsukemen" is now available for home use🍜✨

Mentaiko stewed noodles are dipped in a rich dipping sauce made with plenty of mentaiko, a rich ingredient of mentaiko, and are served with chewy homemade noodles.
With the desire to make it possible for people to casually enjoy this popular menu item created at the mentaiko specialty restaurant "Ganso Hakata Mentaiju," we have created this new Original Goods item through repeated trial and error.
This is a room temperature Original Goods that you can take with you when you travel.

Starting April 29th (Friday, national holiday), we will be selling a limited quantity of 1,200 servings at the Ganso Hakata Mentaiju store!
